Evalution Staff
DESCRIPTION
PMO Kartu Prakerja has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Evaluation Staff. The role is responsible for:
- Developing Kartu Prakerja evaluation systems
- Implementing different research and evaluation initiatives using both quantitative methods
- Generating evidence of project impact and benefits for policy makers and stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, or any other related field of study is required
- At least 1 years of considerable experience of working with survey data
- Familiarity with survey research literature, methods, and processes would be an asset
- Strong econometrics skills and broad experience in undertaking econometrics analysis of survey data would be highly desired
- Proven STATA programming skill is required (proficiency in SQL, R, and Python will be prioritized)
- Strong writing skills and communication skills are highly desired
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, and ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders in a sensitive environment is required.
